Dear COES Families,
Thank you for your participation at Parent Conferences last week.
We hope you are better informed of your child’s academic program and learning objectives, including his/her progress to date.
While Parent Conferences are only held in the fall, we encourage you to contact your child’s teacher throughout the year with any questions or concerns you may have.
Email or contacting the school office are the best ways to get in touch with your child’s teacher.
We will get back to you promptly, and we’ll be happy to schedule a meeting either before or after school if that is preferred.
We greatly value parent involvement in helping our students reach their full potential. Thank you again for your ongoing support!
We are gearing up for our annual Harvest Festival taking place on Friday, October 26th from 3 – 6 p.m.
There will be game booths, food, and fun as we celebrate the harvest season.
As part of our school spirit day, students are encouraged to wear orange andblack to school on Friday, October 26th.
Students will be permitted to wear their halloween costumes for the harvest festival, but not during the school day on the 26th.
Halloween costumes will be permitted at school on Wednesday, October 31st.
Costumes must be appropriate for school and no toy weapon accessories will be permitted.
A kindergarten parade will take place on the 31st, with the time to be announced soon.
A follow-up letter will be sent home this Friday.
